Appointments & Consultations

To schedule an appointment or complimentary consultation, please call our office at 914-761-8667.  We look forward to welcoming you and supporting your journey at CSNY Medical Spa & Laser Center.

 

New Patients

Consultations are always complimentary. However, a credit card is required to reserve your consultation.

  • Your card will only be charged a $50 fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show.

  • When booking a service or series for the first time, a 20% deposit is required.

  • This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your treatment or series.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

At CSNY Medical Spa & Laser Center, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our updated cancellation and rescheduling policy:

 

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full cost of the missed service.

 

Excessive Rescheduling

If you reschedule your appointment more than twice, a non-refundable $100 deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.

 

Cancellations (Existing Patients)

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we may offer the appointment to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.

 

Running Late

To respect the schedules of all clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule. Please note that in this case, the late cancellation fee will also apply.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase in-office or over the phone. Please note that all gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. We sincerely value your business, loyalty, and continued support.
